Dart Zone BCAR Housing Unit... with sillytech!!!

This is a new housing for the DZ BCAR units that come with the new DZ BCAR! This allows it to more easily fit onto exposed barrels, and allows it to have venting!

This uses the collet from Sillybutts’ MegaXL Spigot SCAR

To assemble simply unscrew the screws on top of your BCAR (DON'T LOSE THEM), take the top off, take the individual units with the bearings out, place them into this print, put the top back on, and screw the top back on! Very simple to assemble. Note that the screws are made of a very soft material and are prone to stripping very easily.

You must print one of the housings and the Collet Nut in order to use this. You must also use an 016 O-Ring to hold it onto your barrel.

To install:

1. Slide Collet Nut onto barrel, screw side facing the end of your barrel that's sticking out
2. Slide your 016 O-Ring onto your barrel about a quarter to half an inch onto the barrel
3. Slide the assembled housing onto the barrel, it should drag the O-Ring with it until it stops and sits at the edge of your barrel
4. Slide the Collet Nut back up and screw them together tightly!
5. Enjoy!
