eight in the wheel fixing tool

here's a tool for viewing and adjusting a figure-eight in a wheel. It allows you to determine exactly where the rim is warped.
the components are equipped with hot-press nuts (6x M3x4x4.5mm) or without (bike_tool_no_nut) and 3x M3x30mm countersunk screws. but you can also just use screws (M3x16-20mm).
the rod to attached the tool can be 9 to 12mm.
