Helicopter

Modifications from original:

-Combined main body, tail and landing gear into single part

-Added custom attachments for rotor

-Scaled to work with 1/32nd army men

For assembly all you need is a single screw, thread the screw through the cap, then place the rotor over the pin and screw cap onto pin. 

For reference I used 6-32 wood screws that are ½ inch long.
