This is a Minimalist Card Wallet designed to resemble a popular wallet The Ridge. There are a few variations of this kind of thing out there, but none satisfied my needs. I designed this to be as thin as possible for a 3d printed and functional object, and unlike others, it does not require sewing. All the elastic is held back by spikes pushed into it. All you need to be able to do is cut the elastic. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

 

Parts

 x3 25mm(1in) Elastic Band 50mm long

 x1 Elastic Band 125mm long

 x14 Flat Head M3 Bolts 4-5mm long

Assembly

     1. Put the 125mm long elastic through the "Money Clip" and wrap around the “Top No Logo”

     2. Put the 3 50mm elastic into the “Bottom Strap” piece and screw the “Top No Logo” onto it

     3. Fold over the 3 50mm elastic over the “Bottom” Then screw on the “Top Logo”

 

For those of you who saw that I was working on a KeyCase. I sadly don't think that making a printable version is possible. After testing, I don't think that it's possible to make something ridged enough out of plastic. Sorry for those looking forward to that.
