TomTom Rider 500/550 Ram mount

Ram mount with ball socket for 24.5mm ball joint on 1 end and 17.2mm ball joint on the other so it would clamp onto a phone holder i had lying around for my retired dad who wanted to use his motorcycle GPS in the car.

Also printed the backplate with the collar design so he could.

Changes from the original:

• Increased ball 1 diameter to 24.5mm (so it would also fit his original ram mount from TomTom themselves)
• Changed ball 2 diameter to 17.2mm
• decreased gap between the 2 halves to 1%
• increased handle offset to 10mm (so it would be easier for him to use)
• decreased ball & bolt clearance to 0.1mm

Set “long sweep” to 0 to maximize grip around the balls (needs manual changing in the script file)
