Wall3D The Fully 3D Printed Wallet

The Wall3D is a fully 3d printed credit card wallet. The design has features and looks from commercial models but is easily and affordably 3D printable at home! This design uses only 36 grams of filament and can be customized to your own taste! Print the bottom in one color switch the color for the top and lever thus making the wallet look apart. By implementing text you can personalize it even more.

 

Wall3D can hold up to 6 credit card shaped objects and holds them securely until you need to use them. Just a flick of a finger and the cards pop out and are easily accessible. 

 

To assemble the Wall3D you need to remove supports from the lever, set it in place on the shaft and slide on the top cover. The top cover and the bottom piece have a dovetail for ease of assembly. To hold the top cover more securely on use 3 little dabs of ca glue like shown in the picture below and that's it (try to use the tiniest amount of glue so it doesn't ruin your prints!). Voila, you have a finished product!
