Archimedes Remix

Danke an Lukass für das tolle Windrad.
Das Windrad dreht sich sehr gut. Benötigt wird eine (Messing) Achse 4x190 mm, 4x~80 mm und eine Schraube M3x6. Die Lagerböcke mit 4,2 mm aufbohren. Die Querbohrung der Kegelscheibe mit 2,5 mm aufbohren und die M3-Schraube eindrehen. Die Kegelscheibe mittig mit CA an das Archimedes-Windrad kleben. Die Konsole passt für einen 16 mm Stab. Wenn man ein kurzes Stück (ca. 6 mm) Achse in das Schwenklager klebt und die Schwenkachse oben anspitzt, richtet sich das Windrad sehr leicht zum Wind aus.
Rahmen200 passt auf ein Druckbett 200x200 mm.

The wind turbine turns very well. An (Brass) axle 4x190 mm, 4x ~ 80 mm and a screw M3x6 are required. Drill out the bearing blocks with 4.2 mm. Drill out the cross hole of the conical disk with 2.5 mm and screw in the M3 screw. Glue the conical disk to the center of the Archimedes wind turbine with CA. The console fits a 16 mm rod. If you glue a short piece (approx. 6 mm) of the axle into the swivel bearing and sharpen the swivel axis at the top, the wind turbine will align itself very easily with the wind.
Rahmen200 fits on a print bed 200x200 mm.

I printed all the wind turbines with PLA. I recommend brighter PLA up to 35°C air temperature. If it is warmer or if darker filament should be used, then use PETG or better ASA.
